Pluck by Quirky

The concept for Pluck originated from Marc Fusco, who used a Poland Spring bottle as a clever hack to separate yolks from egg whites. He submitted this concept to Quirky, inquiring about its potential as a consumer product.

In our video, we showcased the beautiful Quirky kitchen, utilizing various office spaces for product videos. Occasionally, we even constructed rooms and furnished them specifically for photoshoots.

The video effectively demonstrated how Pluck simplifies the task of separating eggs, making it clean and effortless. By squeezing and releasing its flexible silicone chamber, users could effortlessly extract the yolks from the whites. When finished, Pluck's clear plastic tip and silicone bulb could be easily separated for convenient cleaning, either by hand or in a dishwasher.

Due to its marketability and ease of explanation, Pluck performed exceptionally well at retail. Its tagline, "sunny side out," added a touch of playfulness and further resonated with customers, contributing to its success.
