We transformed every aspect of the air conditioner—from its form and airflow to its ability to learn user habits. Aros marked GE’s entry into the smart home market.
Our unconventional launch campaign featured Hawaiian shirts, branded ice cream trucks, and surprise installations in NYC. Aros garnered media attention, boosted sales, and reshaped the connected living concept.


We combined GE’s tech, Quirky’s process, and a bold community idea to launch the world’s smartest AC in under 100 days.
